We invest in revenue generating assets, including self storage and multifamily properties located in both primary & secondary markets. We target value-add B & C properties. Our typical investment model is a 3-5 year hold, with quarterly cash flow distributions and 2x equity multiple.
Since forming in 2020, Breakchain has grown its portfolio to almost 4,000 units of commercial real estate, totaling about $70M in assets under management (AUM).
